To auger in a new age of internet connection speeds way beyond a traditional modem, Frontline's Art Director wanted to evoke the Matrix style burning rush of speed this massive bump in bandwidth would bring. Provided with a detailed brief and a base stock image that set the fiery tones, Stephen began creating the composition. The speed tunnel utilised a heavily motion blurred forklift truck stepped around the central photograph, colourised to match the bright yellow grid lines and orange and reddish hues around the eyes. As an additional requirement the image needed to be used for many forms of print material and was therefore required to be of an extremely high resolution. The resulting image was a sharp, complete, and seamless visual, large enough for any print format.
