Braams Property Services was of "a new generation". One where they had transitioned from a property developer and builder to a full-service property agent. They provided a suite of services from planning through to sales and marketing, property management and even trade services for building and renovation. Working with the existing Braams identity, Franklin led the creative direction and production of all their design work, creating a unique look that captured the spirit of this fresh style of hybrid real-estate agency. This included marketing images, office signage, street signage for new properties, print advertisements for the major Sydney newsprint publications, and the Braams website. Stephen’s consistent design style helped Braams Property Services breathe new life into Sydney's stale and tired real-estate service landscape.

3D Images of properties still under construction. Adobe Dimensions was used to create wire frame models from architectural plans. Basic models of household furniture were then put in place to indicate individual living spaces. The final image was rendered off as an Illustrator file for use in marketing materials.

College Portfolio
Portfolio submitted as a requirement for graduating from the KvB College of Visual communication, Sydney Australia. Stephen received a diploma in Graphic Design on the 7th of December 1987.
BigPond Cable Launch Hero Image
Worked with the Art Director at Frontline to produce a hero image, the centrepiece of the Telstra Big Pond launch campaign. Blended two stock photography images using various distortion effects to create the blurred image on the outside and manipulated colour values to maintain an overall consistency.
BigPond Cable Packaging Image
Worked with the Art Director at the Frontline agency to produce this secondary pack image, used as part of a Telstra Big Pond Cable Modem packaging. Involved matching and applying the colour halftone screen effect of the hand image to an image of the Microsoft mouse, combining both into a seamless composition.

Creative direction and design of various marketing collateral for Integrated Vision, a leading Australian videoconferencing solutions provider. Stephen, operating as Graphic Vision, partnered with the client to produce a range of items including, a Quarterly Newsletter, DL Brochure, and DL Promotions, managing all designs from concept through to prepress and final print.

41 Page proposal document for Credit Suisse First Boston to act as global coordinator for the Telstra PSO (Public Share Offer). Designed the layout including all graphs and charts. Entire document was designed and completed at short notice over 3 days to meet a tight Government deadline.
